The Space

The house is 500m2 and located just in front of the Mediterráneo Golf Club (Club de Campo del Mediterráneo) It is a beautiful villa with a large capacity; seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, two independent kitchens and two separate living room areas. A gorgeous garden, and porch around the house, barbecue, and an awesome swimming pool and jacuzzi. The whole house has accessibility for people with disabilities, wide doors 32" (80cm) as well as wide shower and bath, elevator, and even an access ramp to enjoy the swimming pool.

 

 

 
Facilities

Mediterráneo Golf Club is also located in the residential area of La Coma. The golf course has become a reference, not only for creating famous golfers like Sergio Garcia but for the quality and attention of its facilities. The course has eighteen holes designed by the prestigious architect Ramón Espinosa and the greens are prepared to roll at the speed of an American professional circuit. It also offers excellent facilities; seven tennis courts, two paddle courts, two soccer fields, outdoor and indoor heated pool, gym, spa with jacuzzi and Turkish baths, restaurant and bar, meeting and convention rooms.  There is also courses and classes available such us golf, tennis, paddle and swimming as well as masseurs and personal training services.
